Shipping Timeframes
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping within the U.S.

• FREE shipping on orders over $50

Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please reach out to us at julie@change-ourworld.com so we can investigate and make it right.

Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
